You are solely responsible for operating any vehicle safely, wearing appropriate protective gear, and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including any requirements for registration, licensing, insurance, and where the vehicle may be ridden. You assume all risks associated with use, and we are not liable for injury, damage, or penalties resulting from misuse or unlawful operation.
